 e product development support group.\n\nPlone is one of the oldest and best
  organized open source communities\, which is reflected in the high quality
  of the Plone product.  \n\nThe Plone Support Community is also unique in t
 erms of its strength and technical depth\, much of which is facilitated by 
 Plone and the underlying Zope Framework itself.\n\nNate will cover the foll
 owing topics on Plone as time permits\, using a system the standard install
 ation with a some cool customizations:\n\n1) a brief overview of Plone from
  a user's point of view\, giving definitions and examples of content\, sect
 ions\, and categories\; and how they relate to each other.\n\n2) the main c
 oncepts and distinctions of Plone objects\, modules\, and components\, poin
 ting out some of the most common modules and how they are used.\n\n3) the a
 dministrator's interface\, its standard menus and other interface elements\
 , and what they control.\n\n4) how Plone "products" or modules work\, inclu
 ding "themes" (templates)\, modules\, and components.  How to install compo
 nents and switch themes to get different appearances\, behaviors\, and func
